Registry of Oradea's Deportees

Elsewhere on this Website there is a list of approximately 5,200 names of people deported from Oradea. That list is, of course, incomplete.

The registry on this page is designed to give you an opportunity to provide names and information about family members, friends and others you know about who were deported from Oradea in May and June of 1944, and/or were taken into forced labor prior to the deportations. Once we've received information from the community, we will post it on this Web site as a supplement to the original list. We are also working with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to share their database and ours.

The goal is to compile as complete a list as possible and to enable those alive today to honor and memorialize their loved ones. The information provided to us will be used for no other purpose. Please contact us if you have questions or suggestions.
